Who we are

Straight Audit is a trading name of Chivvy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17040454), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Chivvy Ltd is the controller of the personal information you send through this website. You can contact us at andy@chivvy.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send a brief we collect your name, role, work email address, phone number if you give it, your organisation, its turnover range and year end, what you need, anything you write in the notes, and the result of the audit checker if you used it.

How we use it

We use the details to reply to you and to arrange a conversation about your audit. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to an enquiry you have chosen to send us.

Who we share it with

Straight Audit audits are carried out by Anstey Bond LLP, so we share your details with Anstey Bond so that the audit partner can prepare. Anstey Bond handles your information under its own privacy notice. Form submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any audit work that follows, to meet legal obligations, or to resolve a dispute.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to our use of it, by emailing andy@chivvy.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to see which pages people use and which lead to an enquiry. Nothing is loaded and no analytics cookie is set unless you accept. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Please do not send

Passwords, identity documents, bank details or payroll records through the enquiry form. The audit firm will ask for anything it needs through a secure route.
